1. Based on the characteristics and application scope of different types of stretch films, the method of polyethylene stretch film was selected. After stretching the stretch film according to the pre-set stretching ratio, it is wrapped on the pallet of goods. The advantages of stretch film are uniform coating, beautiful packaging, and strong adaptability (ultra light, ultra high goods can be used). Under the same conditions, the material consumption of the stretching film decreased by 3050%, resulting in a slower pulling speed of the stretching film compared to the pulling speed of the tray, and a slower rotation speed of the goods.
2. PE stretch film has evolved from single-layer to two-layer and three-layer, and now it is mainly produced by casting method. PE stretch film is a material with good toughness and is not easily crushed by ordinary plastic crushers. Due to the softness and toughness of the PE film, it is not easy to cut, and the high temperature of the cutting tool at high speeds can cause LDPE to melt and adhere to the cutting edge. PE granulation can be directly placed into the feeding port of the extruder in strips, and the PE film is pulled into the barrel by the shear force of the screw to heat, melt and extrude for granulation.
