PE slitting film

PE slitting and wrapping film, elastic film or wrapping film, with self-adhesive properties, is a type of plastic film that can be stretched and tightly wrapped around the packaged item on one or both sides. The self-adhesive adhesive does not adhere to the surface of the packaged item, but only exists on the surface of the film and film.
In the early stage, LLDPE stretch films were mainly blown films, developing from single-layer to two-layer and three-layer; Currently, the production of LLDPE stretch film is mainly based on the casting method, as shown in the following figure. This is because the casting line production has the advantages of uniform thickness and high transparency, which can be applied to the requirements of high magnification pre stretching. Due to the inability of single-layer casting to achieve single-sided adhesion, the application field is limited. Single layer and double-layer casting do not have as wide material selection as three-layer casting, and the formula cost is also high, so a three-layer co extrusion structure is still more ideal. High quality stretch film should have characteristics such as high transparency, high longitudinal elongation, high yield point, high transverse tear strength, and good puncture performance.
Production process conditions: Due to the long and narrow flow channel, the flow rate is fast, and the melt temperature range is generally controlled between 250 ℃ and 280 ℃. The temperature of the casting cooling roller is controlled between 20 ℃ and 30 ℃, and the winding tension should be low, generally within 10kg, to facilitate the migration of the adhesive and reduce the stress inside the finished film.
