High quality winding film production standards:
Firstly, if the edge material of the wrapping film is broken during the cutting process, it should be cut neatly. If the cut is uneven, it cannot be shipped as a finished product, and both ends must be rolled neatly during production to avoid situations where one side is more than the other.
Secondly, there should be no black impurities during the production process of the wrapping film. The mold head should be washed clean, and there should be no burnt plastic falling in. Any visible impurities must be removed.
Thirdly, for the wrapping film, it is necessary to minimize the surface wrinkles at both ends and the white compressed lines in the middle.
Fourthly, when packaging the wrapped film, attention should be paid to protecting the edges and avoiding collisions that may cause edge breakage and quality issues.
