Colored winding film

With the continuous development of society, stretch film is being applied in more and more industries, making our lives more diverse and colorful. So what is stretch film? We all know that stretch film is a semi transparent, glossy, and relatively soft film material. Stretch film has good chemical stability, heat sealing, water resistance, and moisture resistance.
Stretch film is generally made using two processes: blow molding and tape casting. The thickness of the cast polyethylene stretch film is uniform, but it is currently rarely used due to its high price. Blow molded polyethylene stretch film is made from blow molded grade PE particles blown by a blow molding machine, with low cost, so it is widely used.
Stretch film is a stretch film material made from polyethylene terephthalate as raw material, extruded into thick sheets, and then biaxially stretched. It is a colorless, transparent, and glossy stretch film with excellent mechanical properties, high rigidity, hardness, and toughness, puncture resistance, friction resistance, and resistance to high and low temperatures. It has good chemical resistance, oil resistance, airtightness, and fragrance retention, and is one of the commonly used anti permeability composite stretch film substrates. But the price of polyester stretch film is relatively high, usually with a thickness of 12 μ m. Commonly used as the outer layer material for cooking packaging, it has good printability.
