How to properly protect the oil pollution after the stretch film machine is used

Now, with the development of science and technology, many machines have been invented to replace humans. There is also a good helper when using stretch film for packaging, which is the stretch film machine. Packaging by machine is not only convenient and efficient, but also saves us a lot of time. However, we cannot ignore the protection and cleaning of the stretch film machine. Since our equipment will have a lot of stains when it is put into use, we need to clean it regularly.

There are many cleaning methods for stretch film. If it is a common stain, we can wipe it off. However, when cleaning, the most common stain is found to be oily. It is not very simple to clean, but there are many methods. Today, Bian Xiao will share with us several ways to remove oil stains. Let's take a look together.

1. Use kerosene, diesel and other solvents to remove oil

All kinds of grease can be cleaned with gasoline, kerosene, diesel, alcohol, benzene and other solvents. The operation is simple and there is no metal damage; however, the cost is high and expensive raw materials are consumed. In order to save fuel and adhere to the cleanliness of the oil and parts, a fuel tank (or fuel tank) with a grate can be used, and the parts can be brushed on the grate to make dirt and impurities sink to the bottom of the fuel tank. After cleaning the parts, blow them dry with compressed air or wipe dry with cotton wool. The parts should be cleaned in order, the primary parts are cleaned first, then the secondary parts; clean first, then dirty, first smooth, then rough. Don't mix and stir together to avoid collision with each other.

2. Degrease with alkaline solution

At present, in the stretch film packaging machine, a solution with a concentration of about 10% is often heated to 70 ~ 90 ℃ for cleaning. Fanjian is soluble in water, so it can be washed away with hot and cold water. In small and medium repair companies, lye is usually added to the large pool for heating. Put the parts that need to be cleaned on the grille in the sink, or put it in the same container and hang it in the sink, boil and wash for 10-15 minutes, take it out, rinse with hot water, and blow it on.

3. Clean with a washing machine

The washing machine is divided into single life, double life, and three life according to different production capacity. Single-chamber cleaning machine, the cleaning chamber is made into a cylinder with a rotating frame, and the cleaned parts are placed on the rotating frame; the heated alkali solution is sprayed onto the rotating parts through a nozzle at a pressure of 27 meters of water column. The three-chamber cleaning machine is composed of three cleaning chambers. The parts to be cleaned are placed on the conveyor belt and pass through the three cleaning chambers in sequence. The first two cleaning chambers are rinsed with alkaline water, and the third cleaning chamber is rinsed with hot water.

Since mineral oil does not have a saponification effect, a strong alkaline solution can get a good cleaning effect. The bonding strength between the oil drop and the metal surface is greatly reduced, and it is easily separated from the parts. The commonly used ones are banyan, synthetic detergent, sodium silicate, oleic acid, triethanolamine, alcohols and so on. For non-ferrous metals that are easily corroded, such as tin, lead, aluminum, zinc and their alloys, when cleaning with surface solution, the alkalinity should not be too high to avoid metal corrosion.
